What's the matter with the device disappearing automatically?


"Please check in the following ways:

1. It may be that the device has been reset. When the smart device is reset and distributed to the network, the device under the original account will disappear automatically;

2. You have selected the wrong home after entering the account (the device cannot be displayed in different home at the same time);

3. You have logged in with the wrong account. Logging in to the app through the third party login method is actually registering a new app account, so it can't be bound with the account that you have registered with your mobile phone number / email before. Similarly, after you log on to the app through three-party login, you can't inherit the device of the account you previously registered with your mobile phone number / email.

4. If the above situations are excluded, the problem still exists. It should be the firmware or hardware of the device. Please contact the device seller for help."
