Device cannot be shut down through app?


"Please check in the following ways:

1. Please check that the app recommended in the device packaging box or product manual is our app. If it is not, it is likely to have compatibility problems, resulting in the situation that the device can only be opened but cannot be closed after it is successfully added;

2. Reset the device to factory settings and add it to the app. Then check whether it can be closed through the app;  


If it still cannot be turned off, use the physical button and check to see if it can be turned off. If it cannot be turned off with a physical button, contact the manufacturer to check the hardware. Thank you for your understanding and support. "
