3. Different types of devices can operate different voice commands. Please confirm with the device manufacturer whether the device supports the voice command (the device may not connect all functions to the voice control module);
4. Please confirm whether the device name is easy to identify. It is recommended to use two simple common words, such as "living room light";
5. Please confirm whether the app account of the smart device bound in Alexa echo / Google home has changed, such as resetting the device and adding another account (an Alexa echo / Google home account can only be bound to one app account, if it is bound repeatedly, an error will be reported);
6. If it still can't be solved, please provide an account (email or telephone, be sure to add the area number of the phone) to contact our customer service. We will ask the technical personnel to inquire about the cause of the problem and help you solve it. "
