During the call, it was suddenly disconnected. / It was disconnected after five minutes?


1. Check if the device is in an environment with poor signal strength. You can move your home WiFi closer to the device.
2. Too many devices are running at home, or other devices are making calls.
3. Re-pair the device/or pair it to a new network.
